All Purchases Subjected To The Following Terms:

Shipping times aren't the same as processing time frame. Items such as bleached shirts and whipped toppers could take up to 12-14 business days before shipping as they are made to order, therefore shipping could take up to 15-30 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn around time does not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. Turn around time to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts,tumblers,blankets,etc as they are custom made when ordered. Once orders are placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. 

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate item please email me with in 3 days jandtheatdesignz@gmail.com

Orders are sent to the address entered on the order form so make sure the address entered is complete and accurate. J and T heat designz is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect address. If returned buyer is responsible to repay for shipping to correct address.

We are no responsible once your package has been dropped off with usps, ups or Fedex. If you think your packages is lost, contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any orders lost or damaged by usps, ups or Fedex.
